Abstract
A Clean environment would bring up the employee's personal interest to working interest within the business organizations. The Factories Act makes detailed provisions in regard to various matters relating to health of the workers. In every factory, where due to manufacturing process, dust or fume or other impurity arise which is likely to be injurious to the health of workers employed, effective measures should be taken to prevent its inhalation, and accumulation in any workroom. The provisions impose upon the occupiers or mangers certain obligations to secure for them in employment, conditions conductive to employees' welfare, greater responsibilities for the out coming of employees' dedication in their work
