A well-entrenched Organizational Culture is quite possibly the most critical factor determining an Organization's aptitude for long-term survival. It can also contribute significantly to the Organization's brand image, which can have profound positive and negative implications. The results indicate an insignificant impact of age on organizational culture. And, with the increasing age the cultural affinity increases and helps in cultural consolidation.
