Atatürk'ün Büyük Taarruz Öncesinde Adapazarı-İzmit Gezisi (12-24 Haziran 1922)

Atatürk had made a 12-day-long trip to the districs of Adapazarı and İzmit on June 1922, after making the decision of the Great Offensive. By the means of this trip, he met there with his mother, whom he became separated from for a long period of time. He also met with French litterateur Claude Farrere. He inspected the military unions of Kocaeli Group in that region. This article, for the first time, exposes this trip of Atatürk in detail day by day.
