Abstract

As against the conditions of The Hauge and Geneva Agreements dated 1899 and 1907, Greece seized the passenger, trade and the hospital ships, named Urla, Selânik, Derne, Fuad and Muradiye, belonging to the Ottoman Empire, during the Balkan Wars which took place between Otoman Empire and Bulgaria, Serbia and Greece in the years of 1912-1913. By appealing to the means of retaliation and reciprocal damage, as applied for the solution of international disagreements The Ottoman Empire seized the ships named Aypapanti, Hrisomali Spilineo, Skaramanga, Sasi, Kiposi, Ayosperidon belonging to Greece and made the Ottoman ships free
