THEORETICAL FOUNDATION OF SPEECH CULTURE IN FOREIGN PROFESSIONAL LINGUODIDACTICS

The speech culture has long been at the center of Ukrainian researchers attention. The degree of public mastery of speech culture is the basis of the language situation of any country. A number of scientific studies of the language policy of different countries are monitored, in which the relationship between speech, language and culture, language and nation, the influence of the media on the language situation in countries, and the development of language education are analyzed. In modern society, the building of communicative competence becomes important and there is a need to study speech culture as a factor in the building of personality in the professional sphere.Professional language education as a higher manifestation of humanization of education can develop a whole system of personal values: culture of speech, culture of thinking, culture of behavior. The linguistic and communicative-cultural competences necessary for a person of any profession,realized in an impeccable mastery of speech culture, allow one to fully realize oneself in the chosen specialty.
