Foresight-based strategic management of innovative economic development in terms of uncertainty

In conditions of a high degree of uncertainty typical of states with unrecognized status, the assessment of their innovative development in the future and foresight are of great importance as tools of strategic management in making strategic decisions. This value is especially growing in the context of the innovative development of a state with a low level of income, with destroyed infrastructure of the economy which resulted from hostilities and an economic blockade, such as the case of the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR).
