Parametric model of product quality in vocational education system in the context of competence-based approach

The conceptual foundations for constructing a parametric model of the quality of the vocational education system product have been formed. The two-level structure of the parametric model of the quality of the vocational education system product has been determined, including both the block of universal and the block of professional competencies,divided into functional subgroups. The article suggested a scheme for the implementation of a parametric model of the quality of vocational education system product, taking into account the speed and correctness of decision making in the course of performing a practical task.
