Abstract
Economic development leaded to various changes in the theory of personnel management. Modern management is based on taking into account personal interests and professional qualities of employees when developing an efficient organization management strategy. At the same time destructive conflicts can arise in organization microenvironment and they can interfere with the efficient teamwork. That is why one of the tasks of the personnel management system is the prevention of conflict situations among working collective. The main stage of this process is prediction the tension increase, which involves assessing the conflict potential of employ- ees. In this paper various technologies, which help to asses conflict intensity in the workforce, and specific reali- zation features of this process are considered
