Social science and jurisprudence of Russia in terms of transition towards a mobilization economy

The article analyzes the features of the current moment. The necessity of restructuring the public administration system formed under the Breton-Wood model of financial domination isshown. The necessity of changing the liberal-Western discourse in social science is considered. The characteristic of the mobilization model of development is given.
