THEORETICAL ASPECT OF EVALUATION OF THE SHADOW EMPLOYMENT IN UKRAINE

The article contains an analysis of the assessment of shadow employment in Ukraine and its impact on the development of the national economy as a whole. Shadow employment in the Ukrainian labor market is a significant problem on the way to the development of the national economy and society as a whole, because it isn't only an economic threat, but also a social one. Socio-economic process such as the shadow economy is a number of changes in the structure of the state budget, in particular in terms of tax revenue. The larger the sector of the shadow economy, the less revenue of the state budget, which confirms the importance of this article.
