Abstract
The development of neuroscience has shown that the heart works on encoding and processing sophisticated information that enables humans to learn, remember, and create decisions independent from the brain. This paper investigates the importance of the heart-brain dialogue in building coping and hardiness with the upcoming life challenges. The author sheds light on the role of this dialogue in empathetic thinking and in solving complex problems. A framework is proposed that sets out a new line of thinking on how to optimize the heart-brain connections to the benefits of preparing the world for new normal set of rules and post-pandemic spillovers. A recommendations is given for using this built-in human capacity that could help remove or at least alleviate the world from the vicious cycles of successive crises risks.
