Implementation of a special course of creative space in the educational process of bachelor training

The article considers the issue of the content of the special course, which contributes to the management of the formation of legal competence of bachelors of technical specialties. Practical problems of introducing the special course Creative Space "Author's Studio of Law Lovers" into the educational process of the college consist in different levels of perception by college teachers of legal information, awareness of the importance of introducing legal disciplines in the classroom in technical disciplines; limited time for applying an integrated systematic approach, which includes the acquisition of knowledge, the formation of skills to apply it and the awareness of the need for legal behavior; low motivational level of education applicants for effective assimilation of the legal basis of professional disciplines. Attention is focused on the fact that the Creative Space "Author's Studio of Law Lovers" was created with the aim of shaping a common future through jurisprudence, designed to create a new management model for the formation of legal competence of bachelors of technical specialties in a college environment, in which professionals, institutions and communities act as partners for creating new meanings and increasing the competitiveness of bachelors of technical specialties in the labor market. It is noted that when studying the special course of the creative space "Author's Studio of Law Lovers", teachers develop skills and abilities that make up the professional readiness of bachelors of technical specialties. It is proved that the introduction of the special course of the Creative Space "Author's Studio of Law Lovers" is a modern mainstream and contributes to the formation of legal competencies that make up the necessary professional skills and abilities of bachelors of technical specialties
