Project management: innovative approaches

This article examines the changes that are taking place in the project management system in the global transition to the digital economy. The peculiarities of the use of artificial intelligence technology, machine learning, expert systems in modern design activities have been studied. Distinctive features of digital tools of project management are determined, the influence of digital technologies that use artificial intelligence on the specifics of the organization of project activities of business structures is analyzed. The results of the research can be used in the practice and theory of project management to solve a wide range of modern problems related to the implementation of specialized software based on artificial intelligence in the field of project management. A study of the implementation of digital project management tools through the use of the necessary technical support and the ability of the project team to implement and use appropriate innovative procedures. The functioning of special software elements that ensure effective use of digital project management tools is studied. It is shown that on the basis of the traditional model in project management, based on the studied and worked out elements and the outdated theoretical base, a fundamentally new model of project management appears. Analysis of modern scientific literature and relevant economic practice of project management in various sectors of the world economy shows the transition to a digital model of project management based on the mandatory use of specialized software based on artificial intelligence to automate management, which in turn opens fundamentally new opportunities in the organization of project activities in the context of global digitalization of society and economy
