Structural-semantic analysis the concept of "professional competence of postal communication operators"

Abstract
The relevance of the article is determined by the need to clarify scientific concepts for further research into the problem of professional training of postal operators in professional (vocational and technical) education institutions and the development of logical, consistent provisions and concepts of the theory and methodology of professional education. The author analyzed and clarified a number of scientific concepts that are included in the terminological field of this study: «competence», «competence», «competence approach». Based on the analysis of dissertations, which provide an interpretation of the scientific category «professional competence» in relation to the professional activity of qualified workers of various professions. To achieve the goal of the research, the author used methods of information search and systematization, analysis of scientific literature, content analysis and structural-semantic analysis of scientific concepts, which made it possible to identify the essence, content and structure of the phenomenon «professional competence of postal operators» as the main basic concept. In the course of the research, it was found that the essence of this concept is mostly associated by scientists with the training of working professions in professional (vocational and technical) education institutions. It has been established that most researchers consider professional competence to be a personal property of a person acquiring a profession or the result and concretization of knowledge from the chosen profession during training and directly at work, which are described by learning outcomes formulated in accordance with descriptors (knowledge, ability/skills, communication, responsibility and autonomy ). According to the results of the research, the author formulated the definition of the concept of «professional competence of postal operators»
