Abstract
In this article we will consider the effect of physical activity on a person's mental ability. There is an effect on a certain area of the brain. A set of physical exercises has a positive effect on memory and concentration. It can be concluded that people who perform aerobic exercises on a regular basis (for example, running, jogging, brisk walking, swimming and cycling) show higher results in neuropsychological function and performance tests.
