Abstract

The article discusses the relevance of therapeutic physical culture as a system used for the prevention, treatment and rehabilitation of various diseases and maintaining the health of students. The author analyzed the role of physical activity in the daily life of students, emphasized the relevance of physical therapy and prevention of common diseases among students.
