STUDY AND ANALYSIS OF LEVEL OF SERVICE OF NH-130 FROM BILASPUR TO RAIPUR IN CHHATTISGARH STATE

The level of service is a quality metric used to assess the road service and functionality provided to road users, particularly drivers. LOS is broadly classified into 6 different categories, and in those categories, road traffic qualitative measures can be known and also help us to know if an existing road needs to be expanded or not. In this we will see the LOS of the Raipur–Bilaspur road in both ways. Oneweek of manual counting was done to determine the LOS, free flow speed, average travel speed, peak hour volume, and Peak Hour Factor (PHF).
