Abstract

The article discusses one of the aspects of influencing the behavior of the target audience in sensory marketing — through the olfactory channel of sensory perception. The author characterizes the directions of aroma marketing, the consumer's reaction to certain aromas and the compliance of the smell with the profile of the outlet.
