Supply contract

In a scientific article, the author provides an analysis of the supply contract. One of the problems of modern civil law is the lack of a specially built system of legal regulation of supply contracts, which in turn creates significant legal risks for both the supplier and the buyer, since the general provisions of the legislation on the sale and purchase do not take into account many of the features that arise in the process supply of various goods, including the lack of regulations on the supply of equipment.
