Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze how the quality of academic student managament services can support education management activities in all universities. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. There is a collection of data used by e-survey conducted with some information, namely students and university leaders. The data was also carried out with a documentation study of supporting documents in various academic articles related to certain topic. The results show that the quality of inputs, processes and outputs is needed as a whole academic service system in universities, which is continuously carried outing support in improve the quality of academic services and increasing student and user satisfaction. .
