Abstract
This article proposes to analyze the actions and investments in technology, carried out from 2017 to 2022 with a focus on customer service objectives, by the company Meta Serviços em Informática S/A. For this purpose, a descriptive research with a qualitative approach was adopted, through the collection of institutional documents provided by the company, and an interview with the vice president of the company and the director of people and business performance. Thus, the growth and transformation of the technology segment in Brazil was evident, as well as the contribution of the company Meta in this scenario. In this perspective, the data point to a growing and promising universe in the area of technology at the national level, bearing in mind the fact that, in order to grow in this field of service, it is necessary to have intellectual capital up to date with the qualifications required by the market from moment to moment. , that is, people who are prepared to work with current and new technologies.
