Legal support of business entities’ economic security: its peculiarities in partially recognized states

The article is devoted to the peculiarities of the legal support of economic security of business entities in partially recognized states. A content analysis of the features of the formats of legal support for the economic security of stable and partially recognized states has been carried out. It is concluded that it is necessary to create a full-fledged system of legal support for economic security, which would include the «Concept of National Security», «Strategy for Ensuring Economic Security» and «Program for Ensuring Economic Security» in the Donetsk People's Republic.
