Abstract
Following the analysis of scientific literature, the legislation of the Eurasian Economic Union, the article clarifies main directions of economic integration of the Russian Federation and the Donetsk People's Republic, and substantiates the expediency of their consolidation in the promising legislation regulating the integration process between these states.
