Commentary on the application of legislation regulating the combination of professions (positions) and the establishment of additional payments for the performance of specified work in scientific institutions of the Donetsk People's Republic

The Commentary defines the procedure for the application of legislation regulating the combination of professions (positions) and the settlement of additional payments for the performance of such work in scientific institutions of the Donetsk People’s Republic. Theanalysis of the provisions of the DPR Constitution is combined with the analysis of other laws and subordinate legislation regulating labor relations in terms of combining professions (positions) in scientific institutions of the DPR, the peculiarities of the enforcement of the analyzed provisions in the territory of the Republic are determined.The commentary is addressed to employees of personnel services, employees of scientific and auxiliary departments of scientific institutions of the DPR, and may be useful to the heads of other enterprises, institutions and organizations.
