Abstract

Introduction. Modern development trends require the company to consider the interests of a wide range of stakeholders, which have a positive and negative impact on the company's performance. This is especially true for capital-intensive projects in the aviation industry. Purpose. The purpose of this work is to develop recommendations for stakeholder management of the aviation industry project. Materials and methods. Research materials are monographs, training manuals, textbooks, scientific publications of domestic and foreign authors on issues of project stakeholder management. In the process of carrying out the research, the following general scientific and special research methods were used: analysis, synthesis, abstraction, the method of analogy, induction, deduction, logical, graphic method, theoretical research, comparative analysis, logical generalization, methods and tools of project management Results. Stakeholder perceptions has changed over time. The work shows the dynamics of the development of approaches to managing stakeholders of organizations and projects from Freeman to A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide). Sixth Edition. Stakeholder management approaches are often quite inefficient because they fail to take into account the interests of stakeholders and lack a strategy for engaging with them. Modeling of business processes of stakeholder management of aviation industry projects was carried out using AllFusion Process Modeler BPwin software. The process of stakeholder management of aviation projects is proposed to be implemented on the basis of the PMBOK® Guide standard, namely: identification of stakeholders; stakeholder planning and management; stakeholder engagement management; monitoring of stakeholder involvement. In turn, a decomposition of the Project Stakeholder Identification process was carried out, namely: analyzing project documentation; identifying the list of stakeholders; determining the significance of stakeholders; determining the extent of stakeholder support and influence on the project; and creating a stakeholder register. The Stakeholder Management Planning process requires processes such as: analyzing stakeholder requirements and expectations; assessing the level of stakeholder engagement; developing an engagement strategy; defining the form and means of communication The Stakeholder Engagement Monitoring process can also be detailed into two processes: monitoring the occurrence of problems during project implementation; and generating a request for change. Discussion. In further research, it is proposed to focus attention on the methods of project stakeholder analysis. This will make it possible to improve the selection procedure of important stakeholders and minimize project risks.
