Abstract
Cloud computing is an intriguing new computer paradigm with bright promises for the future. Cloud computing is a service delivery model in which customers have nearconstant, everywhere access to a shared pool of programmable computer resources that may be swiftly given and released with minimum involvement from the service provider. The cloud was created by combining principles from many computing paradigms, such as the grid, distributed systems, parallel processing, and ubiquitous computing. Using a shared pool of low-cost computing resources and innovative deployment methodologies like Software as a Service, Platform as a Service and Infrastructure as a Service, a very competent computing service environment may be developed and made available to a wide range of consumers. Due to the high volume of requests they get, cloud servers may easily become overworked as users try to allocate resources for various applications. If less-busy VMs are available, they should be utilized instead to relieve load on the overworked ones.
