A NOVEL APPROACH TO DECIPHERING SCENE TEXT IN COMPUTER VISION APPLICATIONS

One of the most significant contributions to human culture is the development of a system for physically representing language. It's fundamental to human existence since it facilitates the exchange of information and the dissemination of ideas. In fact, however, ancient culture is transmitted and interpreted via textual clues. Images with accompanying text are a rich and precise information carrier, and their semantic significance to the whole picture interpretation cannot be overstated. Although humans have very few problems identifying and understanding text, existing methods are clumsily organized and executed. They have not yet developed killing techniques on par with humans.
