Ethnocultural concept of conducting and choral training of future teachers of musical art at the faculties of arts

Abstract
The article examines the value of the ethnocultural approach in determining the content of conducting and choral training of future music teachers at the faculties of arts. To achieve the goal, general scientific methods of pedagogical analysis, synthesis, generalization, a formalization method to ensure the completeness of the overview of the studied phenomenon, and an axiomatic method were used, which made it possible to analyze the studied idea in dynamics. The article states that ethnoculture most fully ensures the spiritual formation of the personality of future teachers music art, forms their national self-identification and values. Through the prism of the ethnocultural approach, the essential aspects of conducting and choral training of students at the faculties of arts are considered, in particular: the experience of emotional-figurative, meaningful, valuable perception of Ukrainian national art as a part of spiritual culture; formation of human culture; ideas of "macro" and "micro" identity in the personality structure; component of "ethno" and "nation" identity in the matrix of students' self-awareness. The problem is presented from the theoretical standpoint of the methodology of modern art education. The author's own view on the investigated problem in a transdisciplinary dimension, optimized by the ethno-cultural context of conducting and choral training, is presented. The author's position regarding the productivity of the use of ethnocultural ideas in various forms of conducting and choral training at the faculties of arts has been concretized, enriched with the new content of educational disciplines, filled with ethno-cultural material, using active and interactive forms of conducting classes. The prospects for the further development of the declared topic are outlined, which the author sees in the development of ways of forming a person of culture at the faculties of arts in the process of conducting and choral training.
