Abstract

Russia's unjustified aggression towards the Ukrainian state has led to problems, the consequences of which are difficult to predict in the future. The military actions of the aggressor country rejected all the achievements of the nation, leading to the emergence of problems at the national and local levels. In the conditions of economic uncertainty for Ukraine, the state of business structures, which are the basis for the development of the national economy, is of particular relevance. The real sector is an integral component of economic processes, a source of formation of the value of the gross domestic product (national income). Enterprises under martial law are of great importance, providing the needs of ongoing social development, the defense sector and humanitarian areas. In the article, the authors consider the development of entrepreneurship in the economic and social sphere of the country's social development. From an economic point of view, business structures influence the level of business activity, the development of scientific and technical progress, market relations and the formation of the revenue part of the State Budget of Ukraine. The influence of entrepreneurship on the development of the social sphere was expressed in the level of employment and unemployment, indicators of security and the level of well-being of the population. In the research process, such methods of scientific research as observation, analysis, comparison, graphic methods of displaying statistical information were used. The authors noted that further development of enterprises is impossible without direct intervention of the state and comprehensive support of new business ideas, creation of conditions for relocation and financial support. The article examines the impact of military conflicts on enterprises, in particular on their financial results, production capabilities and activities in general. The authors of the article consider the possibility of enterprises maintaining effective operations in the conditions of martial law and explore methods that can help companies resist the negative consequences of military actions. The conclusions suggest the main directions of the post-war reconstruction of the country's economy, aimed at activating business processes, taking into account the perspective of European integration trends.
