Analysis of penitentiary and psychological studies of the peculiarities of psychological support of penitentiary staff, depending on the length of service

According to the Concept of the development of the UIS of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2030, the priority direction in the activities of the psychological service of the UIS is to increase the efficiency of joint work of employees, the formation of a favorable psychological climate in the team, which largely depends on the ability to regulate their behavior, restrain feelings, control mood, taking into account the requirements of the situation and others. UIS employees especially need clear self-control, high self-control, the ability to manage behavior and emotions when solving official tasks, which reduces the level of development of professional deformation. Thus, the study of the features of the organization of psychological support for the development of professionally important qualities in the staff of the penitentiary institution, depending on the length of service in the penitentiary institution, acts as a priority direction in the activities of penitentiary psychologists, focused on strengthening the ability of staff to socio-psychological.
