Abstract
The major objective is to learn about the key challenges faced by female workers in their personal and professional life. This research sheds light on the challenges women faces in the renewable energy industry and suggests strategies for improving their work-life balance (WLB). The report also offers recommendations for restoring harmony. In addition to examining the challenges of achieving work-life balance, the research seeks to understand the link between gender equality, perceived organizational support, psychological safety, psychological availability, and meaningfulness. Primary data was collected using a questionnaire for this study. SPSS version 26 was used to do an in-depth analysis of the data collected.
