USE POTTS AUTOMATA FOR ENHANCING THE QUALITY OF IMAGES CORRUPTED BY COMPRESSION ATTACKS

Abstract
Cellular Potts Model (CPM) excels because it is able to introduce cell-cell interaction using a popular statistical model, the Potts model. Lattice gas cellular automata (LGCA), on the other hand, may accurately and simply imitate cellular motion. This technique is advantageous over others since it requires just three parameters based on a well-established physical foundation and shows that the primary characteristic of cancer development relies on the choice of magnitude of couplings. The calculated values of 0.310 and 0.726 for the two-layer Ising and Potts models accord well with those published by other researchers.
