Abstract
Keeping standards high is essential for any organisation that wants to succeed in terms of sales and reputation among customers and competitors. In the apparel business, quality control is an ongoing process that begins with the procurement of raw materials and ends with the delivery of the completed product to the customer. Fibres, yarns, fabric structure, colorfastness, surface patterns, and completed garments all go into the textile and apparel industry's product quality equation. Export quality standards, on the other hand, vary by market and consumer demographic. The performance, dependability, durability, and aesthetic and perceptual quality of the garment are only few of the variables that contribute to the industry's overall quality fitness. It is important to define quality within a certain economic context.
