Abstract
Time-sensitive applications are now able to successfully meet even the strictest timing constraints thanks to the development of real-time systems and embedded operating systems. In the overview of research on real-time systems and embedded operating systems that is offered in this paper, the key topic of discussion is that of the significance of these technologies for time-sensitive applications. This paper presents an overview of the study. The test covers a wide range of topics, some of which are as diverse as design concepts, scheduling algorithms, synchronisation systems, power management, and analytical techniques. The objective of this work is to present a complete overview of the developments that have taken place in this field and to emphasized the important contributions that researchers have made to the effort of resolving the issues that relate to time-sensitive applications. In addition, the paper will highlight the major contributions that researchers have made to the effort of addressing the challenges that are associated with time-sensitive applications
