Essence of synergy and classification of its types in the vertically-integrated structure investigation

On the basis of theoretical generalization of scientific views on the nature of "synergy" its content is specified and main types typical of integration processes are pointed out. The necessity of improving the classification of synergy types arising from companies’ vertically-integrated structure is grounded. New classification features and of synergy types of vertically integrated structure are defined and the necessity to investigate their mutual influence is substantiated.
