Abstract
A very short history of quantum brain investigations in Russia is described. A special attention is given to less known Pavlovian quantum brain project and Pavlov — Bohr meeting by 1934 ( Koltushi, near Petrograd). International parallels as well as historical context ( Freud,Wigner, Frenkel,Hopfield )of a beginning of the Russian quantum brain studies are considered. Peculiarities of quantum scientific tradition and newly polaritonics of neurocommunications are also discussed.
