Theoretical and methodological aspects of corporate cost management at the present time

In the scientific article, the author revealed the degree of satisfaction with the interests of the corporation, first of all, depends on the results of its activities, which include not just making a profit, but also ensuring the stable development of production. This is related to the possibilities of implementing the strategic goal of the corporation. Costs are the main profit limiters, and, at the same time, the main factor of efficiency, the level of which is influenced by the volume of supply and management decisions of the corporation's management. In these conditions, it is impossible to do without cost management and planning their size for the future.
