Abstract
The article discusses the general rules for the imposition of punishment in the form of a fine, as well as the peculiarities of the imposition of a fine on juvenile convicts. The general order of execution of punishment in the form of a fine is considered and modern problems of execution of a fine and ways to overcome them are given.
