Abstract

The study presents a solution to the urgent problem of minimizing the risks of aggression and aggression in HIV-infected persons in prison. Psychological conditions for the prevention of aggression and counter-aggression in HIV-infected persons in places of deprivation of liberty have been identified (introduction of a system of incentives, active resocialization, group and individual forms of correction, auto-training, situational management methods and instructive psychology), practical recommendations have been developed for the introduction of preventive measures in correctional institutions to optimize interaction with HIV-infected convicts.
