Abstract
In today's business environment, where effective communication is crucial, studying theoretical and methodological aspects of communication management is highly relevant. Understanding the principles and methods of communication management in the management field is of great importance for the successful operation of organizations. The purpose of the article is to study the theoretical foundations and methodological approaches to communication management, in particular, in the context of organizational communication. Research methods: the study uses analytical methods, scientific publications, case analysis, surveys, and interviews to draw conclusions and generalizations. The results of the study provide a deeper understanding of the theoretical foundations of communication management, identify the peculiarities of the impact of technology on communication processes and reveal methodological approaches to communication management in organizations. The study of theoretical and methodological aspects of communication management confirms its important role in the modern organizational environment. Thanks to the study of the theories of Max Weber, Tompkins, Cheney, and Dietz, a deeper understanding of communication management has been obtained. Weber's theory emphasizes the importance of formalization and hierarchical communication structure, while Cheney and Tompkins' theory allows us to consider control and communication in different types of organizations. Dietz's theory, particularly managerialism, emphasizes representing various interests and organizational communication's political and economic aspects. The practical significance of the study is for modern commercial structures and organizations, allowing them to develop and implement effective communication
