Today, leading universities have opened their doors to the online sphere in the sense of expanding access to education for anyone, regardless of their geographic region, age, gender, race, or ethnic origin. Digital educational resources enable the training of many participants in the educational process with different goals, interests, knowledge and skills to help create a lifelong learning community.
