Abstract
Endometriosis is characterized as the presence of ectopic endometrial gland outside the uterus. Levonorgestrel (LNG) subdermal implant is a reversible contraception with high effectivity. we report a case of endometrioma with significant pain reduction following insertion of LNG implant.
