Management and Power Relations In Written History: Where Are Women?

History which is compiled and told by historians, enables us to make a certain judgement about management. In written history, men are subjects, rulers, and contemporary societies have emerged through the efforts of mail kings, commanders, heroes, prophets and scientists who have developed civilizations, religions, various disciplines. In this history, women exist as invisible objecs under the rule of men; they are marginal groups. Women's movement following the enlightenment era and women history studies starting with feminism are all attempts to make women visible in written history. The main question of the research which is based on an extensive literature survey is "how different would be the written history from the perspective of visibility of women if women were perceived as equal by men and their talents and management skills were evaluated objectively?". Other questions within the research are "What are the historical facts about women's life?", "How did women struggle with their invisibility in the management and power relations in written history?", "How did the women history emerge?" and " “If the whole historical truths about women's lives were included in writing history, what kind of management and world history would emerge?”
