Abstract

The article explores creative management as a component of the effective management of an aviation enterprise. Branch aspects of management, features of creative management, factors of influence on these processes in the period of martial law are considered. In general terms, the state of aviation enterprises for 2015–2021, the features of the development of the aviation industry in the post-crisis pre-war period are determined. The impact of the imposition of martial law and the actions of the aggressor on aviation enterprises and the damage caused to them is described, given that Ukraine was one of the ten world countries with a full cycle of its own aircraft production. In order to preserve the potential of the domestic aviation industry for the period of suspension of flights, the role of creative management is emphasized as one of the ways, the features of the creative management category are highlighted, and its interpretation in the works of researchers is considered. The definition of creative management is given as the active use of the potential of the human capital of an enterprise in the framework of the formation of the knowledge economy through a set of socio-economic, labor-motivational, organizational, legal and innovative means of the knowledge economy by applying special forms of enterprise management through the activation of the team's command traits in order to obtain effective economic and performance. The structural components of the creative management of enterprises are formed: scope, goal, goal, tasks, administration, source of solutions, structure, result. The goals and objectives of creative management measures for aviation enterprises are defined as the use of the synergistic effect of attracting human capital. The need for creative management in wartime is systematized according to the components of potential preservation and post-war recovery. For the formation and implementation of the management mechanism of an aviation enterprise, a model of creative management of an aviation enterprise in strategic and tactical areas was built. The need for a vision in the methodology of creative management of the integrated development of air transportation and infrastructure development was taken into account.
