SCIENTIFIC AND PRACTICAL APPROACHES TO RESEARCH IMPROVEMENT OF THE ORGANIZATIONAL AND ECONOMIC MECHANISM OF THE EUROPEAN INTEGRATION PROCESSES IN CONDITIONS OF UNCERTAINTY

Introduction. Modern external threats to Ukraine, in the form of military events with the Russian Federation, set new requirements for European integration processes for modern national enterprises and companies. Proposals for the creation or improvement of already existing developments of the organizational and economic mechanism of European integration processes, taking into account the scientific point of view of leading researchers, are covered in this article. European integration processes, in our opinion and the opinion of the scientists of the Razumkov Research Center, should begin with the most large-scale industries — this is the energy industry, and now, taking into account external threats in the form of military intervention of a neighboring state, it is a prerogative — the military industry, the engineering industry, taking into account the military sector of direction, and as well as the fields of digital and IT technologies and the agro-industrial sector. The article presents the elements of the organizational and economic mechanism of European integration processes, taking into account the scientific aspect, the implementation of the existing Ukrainian scientific and legislative base to the relevant European standards, taking into account the scientific conclusions of economic experts. The creation of a clear organizational and economic mechanism of the European integration processes of national enterprises, taking into account and bringing them to the requirements of European institutions, will significantly simplify the transformational transition of national enterprises from old standards to modern European and global requirements for functioning in the EU space. The article presents developments in the field of cooperation in the leading sectors of the economy, which have taken place since the signing of the Association Agreement with the EU, but in our opinion, military events have made significant adjustments to these developments. Therefore, the improvement of the organizational and economic mechanism, taking into account the existing problems of external threats and conditions of uncertainty, when the situation changes every hour, is an extremely urgent task. Therefore, regardless of the difficult conditions for the implementation of this mechanism, it should be implemented as quickly as possible and at all points of the road map of modern European integration processes conditions of uncertainty The purpose of the study is to form the elements and components of the organizational and economic mechanism for the European integration processes of modern national enterprises and companies in conditions of uncertainty and external threats, from the standpoint of taking into account the scientific component, economic-financial, regulatory-legal, on a parity basis with European partners. Materials and methods: 1) regulatory and legal support for European integration processes of domestic enterprises and companies in important sectors of the national economy, with the possibility of implementing European standards; 2) the works of domestic and foreign authors conducting their scientific and practical research in the field of scientific potential, financial and economic and business cooperation in advanced technologies, regarding the introduction of EU standards for the maximum acceleration of the process of European integration of national enterprises; in the process of carrying out the research, the following scientific methods were used: theoretical generalization and grouping (to characterize the components of the organizational and economic mechanism of European integration processes; formalization, analysis and synthesis (for elements of the organizational and economic mechanism of European integration processes); logical generalization of results (formulation of conclusions).
