STUDY OF THE DEVELOPMENT POTENTIAL OF THE ENTERPRISE

The purpose of the article is to investigate the potential of enterprise development from a practical perspective. It was determined that the development potential of the enterprise is the main means and source that can be used and mobilized to achieve specific goals and solve problems. It was revealed that a particularly important place in the context of the study of the development potential of the enterprise is given to human potential, which is a decisive factor in the development of the enterprise. It has been established that the main task of the production potential of the enterprise is the production of products with minimal consumption of resources. It was found that the formation of the information and innovation potential of the development of the enterprise is determined by the strategic importance of activities related to the saturation of consumer markets with products. It was established that a number of problems must be solved for the formation and effective use of the information and innovation potential of the enterprise. It was found that the scientific and innovative development potential of the enterprise is characterized by the removal of outdated capacities and the introduction of new science-intensive technologies into production, the creation of new production facilities for advanced processing and the production of high-quality final products. It was determined that the technological development potential of the enterprise should consist of two main components: the possibility of updating the active part of fixed assets available at the enterprise and new elements of the active part of working capital. It was established that the financial potential of the enterprise's development is a criterion that determines the enterprise's ability to adapt to changing economic conditions, as it plays an important role in generating the necessary cash flow and attracting investment. A number of factors for the effective formation of the company's development potential have been identified. It is advisable to carry out further research in the direction of improving the diagnosis of the main components of the company's development potential.
