Abstract

The article analyzes Constitutional, legislative norms and regulations, scientific approaches to the development of general secondary education institutions in the context of partnership interaction and creative, righteous, sincere cooperation of students, parents and teachers on the basis of development and with the presence of a predominant component of self-development, self-improvement, self-education of creative, gifted, a self-sufficient, stable personality. Development and self-development in a broad sense are considered as categories of dialectics related to the unity and struggle of opposites, internal improvement, the complex influence of which determines the essence of the main management mechanisms of both the institution of general secondary education and the cognitive process of each participant in the educational process and is the basis for the state-social management of the institution of general secondary education. The multifaceted, multifaceted, harmonious, multifaceted and unique personality of the student is the central, priority and most important subject of the educational process of the general secondary education institution. In this case, both the development and self-development of the human organism, and especially that of children and students, are considered as individual development (ontogenesis), which manifests itself in a set of successive morphological, physiological and biochemical and biophysical changes that occur in an organism from the moment of its birth to the end of earthly life. Growth includes interrelated quantitative (height, stature, posture, weight) and qualitative thinking and (differentiation) transformations, including professional development and career growth and affirmation. The management of a general secondary education institution in a broad sense is considered as a tool in the skillful, masterful hands of the school director aimed at creating conditions for cooperation, partnership interaction of students, parents and teachers, all participants in the educational process. Therefore, management should be aimed at the development, upbringing and self-development, self-education, self-improvement of the individual, the deployment of partnership interaction and painstaking, righteous, sincere cooperation of all participants in the educational process and educational levels and cannot be used to cut off certain positive, significant, significant elements, components, sectors, achievements and assets because it indirectly and directly affects the dynamics of development, the stages of formation and establishment, as well as the fate and future of each member of the team. Their main goal is to ensure positive development, growth, growth of representatives of the future generation.
