Conflict issues arising in the practice of applying the norms of inheritance law are considered in the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation and are reflected in the resolutions issued by them. The constantly arising disputes about the restoration of the timing of the acceptance of the inheritance confirm the need for further study and improvement of both general and particular issues of inheritance law. The article analyzes issues related to the acceptance of inheritance by will after the expiration of the statutory period.
