Legal regulation of borrowing relations in the Russian Federation

In the scientific article, the author provides an analysis of the historical and legal prerequisites for the formation and development of the loan institution. A study of the features of the legal regulation of microloans was carried out. The significance of the study lies in the possibility of using its results when conducting further research examining the problems of borrowed relations, using the results of law-making activities to improve legislation.process supply of various goods, including the lack of regulations on the supply of equipment.
