Korean dramas (K-dramas) have gained remarkable international popularity, captivating audiences across diverse cultures. This systematic review aims to synthesize and critically analyze recurring patterns and themes present in a selection of scholarly articles that explore the multifaceted influence of K-dramas on viewers' perceptions of gender, identity, and cultural dynamics. By employing a methodical approach to data selection and synthesis, this review provides a comprehensive understanding of how Kdramas challenge traditional norms, foster cross-cultural exchanges, and influence viewers' identities
